VFUG Meeting: Wednesday, October 27, 2004
Topic: VFUG Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Social Meeting

The first part of this meeting will deal with official user group business, including election of a new Executive (President, Secretary, Treasurer, Director(s) At Large) for the coming year. If you're interested in serving on the Executive, please attend this meeting.

For those currently on a Yearly Membership, and those interested in taking advantage of one for the coming year, fees for Yearly Memberships ($20) will be due and payable at the October AGM.

After the AGM we'll continue with a social meeting at the restaurant. Get to know, or catch up with your fellow Fox users in a relaxed and congenial environment!

AGM Agenda:
- Roll call & count of voting members (yearly paid memberships)
- Reading of the previous meeting's minutes (by secretary)
- President's report
- Treasurer's report
- Secretary's report
- Record Office location vote
- Call for Speakers for the upcoming season or ideas for presentations or contacts
- New business
- Nominations & Election of the New Board of Directors
