Topic: VFP 9 Preview by Microsoft VFP Team Members!
UPDATE 1: For this special meeting, the admission fee has been waived!
UPDATE 2: The VFP9 Public Beta has been released! It can be downloaded from Microsoft's Visual FoxPro Home Page
VFP 9 (formerly code-named "Europa") is nearing completion. Microsoft
will be releasing an open public beta - anyone will be able to download
and try a beta version of the product for free! The beta is expected to
be available for download in the first week of June, 2004.
Richard Stanton and Mike Stewart of
the Microsoft Visual FoxPro Team will demonstrate the new version.
Their presentation will include demos of the rewritten and enhanced
Report Writer, plus other new features and enhancements.
